VOA is a visa that can be obtained upon arrival. It means you don’t need to apply for a travel visa before you arrive the country. You don’t need to prepare any document or send your passport to Embassy/Consulate as well. And there will be no rejection and you don’t have to pay any hidden charge.

Firstly you fill out the secure online form with needed information (Fullname, DOB, Nationality, Passport Number,…ect). Secondly, after filling out the form, you will be asked for payment of service fee. You can settle the payment online with your Credit/Debit card, Western Union or bank transfer/Bank TT. Then you will get confirmation via mail. Make sure all your information are correct. Thirdly, receive Vietnam visa approval letter via mail within 2 working days for Normal service or in 30 minutes for Urgent demand. Finally, get Vietnam visa stamp and visa sticker into your passport. Prepare necessary documents and stamping fee (in cash) to get visa stamp at Vietnam Visa Landing Counter. Note: Remember to get receipt after paying stamping fee.

You have pay for two types of fee: Visa service fee and Visa stamping fee. For service fee, it depends on which service you choose. You can contact us to have further information. For stamping fee, there are four quotations, 25 USD for single entry visa from 1 to 3 months single visa, 50 USD for less than 6 months multiple entries visa, 95 USD for 6 months multiple entries visa to less than 1 year multiple entries, 135 USD for 1 year multiple entries.

It depends on you. We can help you to apply to the nearest Vietnam Embassy so that you can get it before your flight. Or if you want to get it at the airport when you arrive, we can arrange it. The most important thing is, you need bring Vietnamese Visa Approval Letter when you enter Vietnam. Without this letter, you can’t get on the plane and get visa when you arrive in Vietnam. So, you have to do some following before your departure:

– Print out the “Visa Approval Letter” and remember to put it into your luggage.

– Prepare 2  photos white background (4cm x 6cm)

– Fill “Application Form” for enter and exit Vietnam. You can download the Application Form to fill it up.

– Prepare cash to pay for stamping fee at Vietnam Immigration Office when arriving Vietnam airport.

Normally, after you finish filling the visa application form and making payment, you will get your Vietnam Visa Approval Letter via your email within 2 working days. In urgent situation, the approval letter will be sent to your email within 1 working day or 4 working-hours.

In order to get your Vietnam visa stamp, you need to prepare:

– Your passport

– Approval letter visa

– Filled entry and exit form (Please download the form here)

– Two of your photos (4cm x 6cm) in white background, taken NOT over 6 months. (If you forgot it, you can take a photo at the airport which will cost 5 USD)

– Stamping fee for visa.

At the arrival hall inside the airports, there is a landing visa counter, in font of the check in counter. You have to prepare some documents to get visa stamp and some cash in USD for stamping fee (25 USD for single entry visa from 1 to 3 months single visa, 50 USD for less than 6 months multiple entries visa, 95 USD for 6 months multiple entries visa to less than 1 year multiple entries, 135 USD for 1 year multiple entries). 

You can not enter Vietnam earlier than the date which state on your Vietnam visa approval letter. BUT you can enter Vietnam later than the granted date in your approval letter but NOT later than the date allowed. In case you want to enter earlier,  you need to pay the extra fee to process a new Visa with your desired arrival date.
